Chief Executive Officer

Yossi Meyouhas is the CEO of Xsight Labs. Yossi joined Xsight Labs in May 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Xsight Labs, Yossi was SVP R&D in Valens Semiconductors (2017-2021), and before that served in multiple senior positions in Marvell Technology Group, the last being SVP Engineering and General Manager of Marvell Israel. Yossi brings vast knowledge and experience in complex ASIC and system architecture, design, and production for Networking infrastructure in Enterprise and Data Centers. Yossi holds MSEE, summa cum laude, in electrical engineering from the Technion.

Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer

Gal is co-founder and CTO of Xsight Labs. Prior to Xsight Labs, Gal was a Lead Architect and Director of VLSI at Mellanox, through the EZchip Technologies acquisition, where he drove architecture definition and execution. In this role, Gal focused on designing programmable network devices targeting Layer 2-Layer 7 applications. Gal has over 20 years of experience in the networking industry and has held various senior engineering and management positions. Before joining EZchip Gal served as Global Manager of Methodologies, Design Automation, and CAD at Freescale and Motorola. He holds a BSEE from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and an MSc. In Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Chief Financial Officer

Sharon serves as the CFO at Xsight Labs. From 2012 – 2019, Sharon served as a corporate controller in Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, a global public company, traded on the NYSE and headquartered in Israel. In 1997, Sharon joined Galileo Technology as the Controller responsible for Israel. In 2000 Sharon was appointed as the Israeli finance manager reporting to the CFO. After Galileo’s acquisition by Marvell in 2001, Sharon assumed responsibility for the IT, logistics, and legal teams in Israel through 2011.

Vice President Business Development

Ted Weatherford leads go-to-market activities for the company's products and services. He joined Xsight Labs in September 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in product management, business development, and marketing within the semiconductor industry. His expertise spans Ethernet networking and ARM-based DPU and Enterprise computing SOCs. Known for his customer-centric approach, Ted combines technical vision with strategic marketing to align advanced technology with customer needs. His work has led to hundreds of design wins and generated over $1 billion in profit for top merchant silicon companies at CSPs, Wireless Infrastructure, Service Providers and Enterprise OEMs.

Vice President Business Development

Eric Vallone is Vice President of Business Development of XSight labs where he leads all commercial, marketing, and product management initiatives. Eric joined Xsight in December of 2024, bringing nearly 35 years of experience in business development, marketing, product management and engineering experience within the semiconductor and networking systems industry. Eric brings a deep passion for the networking and compute industry and working closely with customers and partners toward mutual success. Eric started his career as a software engineer at AT&T Bell Laboratories and had leadership positions at Intel, Dell Technologies and Cisco.

Vice President Operations and HR

Hamutal is an entrepreneur with former experience in building companies from their incubation. Prior to joining Xsight Labs, Hamutal co-founded Theranica, a medical device company developing a drug-free migraine treatment. Hamutal served as COO of Siano Microelectronics, a global leader of MDTV Receivers over hand-held devices, from 2004 – 2016 and oversaw manufacturing chips, systems and end products. Chairman of the Board and Founding Investor

Xsight Labs' founding investor, Avigdor Willenz, previously founded Galileo Technology, the pioneer of the merchant silicon switch business in the mid-1990s. Galileo Technology was acquired by Marvell in January 2001 for $2.7B. His other successful ventures and lead investments include Annapurna Labs, acquired by Amazon in January 2015; Leaba Semiconductor, sold to Cisco in March 2016; and Habana Labs, acquired by Intel in December 2019. In addition to being a founding investor at Xsight Labs, Avigdor also serves as the Chairman of the Board. Avigdor holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Gavin is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Atreides Management, LP. Prior to founding Atreides in 2019, Gavin was at Fidelity Investments from 1999-2017, most recently as the portfolio manager of the Fidelity OTC Fund from 2009-2017. The $17 billion Fidelity OTC Fund outperformed 100% of its Morningstar peers and won 6 Lipper awards over Gavin's 8-year tenure as portfolio manager. Gavin was the Boston Globe's Fund Manager of the Year in 2014 and his performance was recognized by articles in Barron's, the New York Times, Investor's Business Daily and the Wall Street Journal. He helped spearhead Fidelity's venture capital investing and was a board observer at Nutanix, 23andMe, Jet.com, AppNexus, Dataminr and Roku, among others. Gavin earned an AB in economics and history from Dartmouth College.

Board Member Battery Ventures

Scott is a General Partner at Battery Ventures, which he joined in 1997. He leads investments in the United States, Israel and Europe. Scott has focused on a variety of interests at Battery, including: venture capital and private equity investments in enterprise infrastructure, materials science, application software, business services, media and financial services. Scott has been named multiple times to the Forbes Midas List, which ranks top venture capitalists from around the world. He graduated with honors from Brandeis University with a BA in International Relations and Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies.

Board Member Angel Investor

Manuel's career has focused on technology marketing and business development, principally in semiconductors and hardware, and including executive positions in private and public companies. In 2005, he and a group of fellow angel investors began to create and help grow technology start-ups. He is currently an investor and board member in several international private technology companies, and has been a board member of various non-profit organizations in California. Manuel holds a BSEE from the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City, MS degrees in Computer Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Board Member Intel Capital Israel

Roi Bar-Kat is the head of Intel Capital Israel. He joined Intel Capital in 2019. In his role, Roi is responsible for managing Intel Capital's investment-related activity in Israel. Roi is primarily focused on investing in early-stage opportunities across multiple technology domains and market verticals including data platforms, cyber security, mobility, and more. Roi currently serves as a director or observer on the board of Anodot, Duality, EasySend, Intezer, Lightbits, Neuroblade, Nexite, WSC, and Xsight Labs. Prior to Intel Capital, Roi worked at the US-based fund, Liberty Technology VC (funded by Liberty Media), and was a Principal at Genesis Partners and VP at Incentive-Peregrine VC.
