Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and highly motivated Senior Test Engineer to join our team and take an active role in the testing and validation of complex networking and silicon-based systems.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of networking and Linux, experience in system-level testing and validation, and the ability to work independently from requirements and test planning through execution, automation, failure analysis, and defect investigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test strategies for complex system and networking features.
- Perform functional, system, integration, and validation testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and test frameworks.
- Translate product and feature requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and coverage.
- Take end-to-end ownership of validation activities, from test planning through execution and reporting.
- Analyze test failures, system behavior, logs, and defects to identify root causes and isolate issues.
- Investigate complex problems across hardware and software components.
- Work closely with software, firmware, and other development teams throughout the development and validation lifecycle.
- Continuously improve test coverage, automation, methodologies, and validation processes.
- Work independently in a dynamic, hands-on engineering environment.

- Proven experience in testing and validation of complex systems.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Programming experience in Python.
- Proven SW engineering skills and experience
- Strong hands-on experience working in Linux environments.
- Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases.
- Experience with test automation and/or test framework development.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex failures and defects.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks to completion.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with development teams.
Advantage
- Previous experience working in a semiconductor/silicon company or validating silicon-based products.
- Experience with networking products, NICs, switches, DPUs, or similar systems.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated validation environments.
